  • Extends engine life by maintaining proper operating temperature
  • Improves fuel efficiency
  • Ensures heater works when you need it

  • Maintains warranty coverage on newer vehicles

How Often Should You Service Your Cooling System?

We recommend coolant flush every 30,000 miles or 2 years, whichever comes first. However, if you notice any symptoms of cooling system problems, bring your vehicle in immediately. Regular maintenance is much cheaper than major engine repairs from overheating.

Common Questions

Signs of a bad thermostat include: engine running hotter than normal, temperature gauge fluctuation, heater not producing heat, or coolant leaks near the thermostat housing. If you experience any of these, have it checked out.

A coolant flush includes: draining the old coolant, flushing the system with cleaning solution, flushing with water to remove all debris, refilling with fresh coolant to the correct level and type, and burping the system to remove air pockets.

Adding coolant is a temporary fix if you're low. However, old coolant breaks down over time and becomes acidic, which can damage cooling system components. Regular flushing removes this buildup and extends the life of your radiator, water pump, and engine.
